1. General Information

Welcome to True Amsterdam Experience(“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a tour, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made via our official website or approved partners.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless agreed otherwise.
  • You will receive a confirmation email after successful booking.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancel up to 48 hours before the tour for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
  • No-shows or arrivals more than 15 minutes late are considered cancellations.
  • We may reschedule or cancel tours due to weather, traffic, or safety. In such cases, we offer a full refund or credit.

4. Tour Modifications

  • We may change routes or stops due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Dietary preferences must be shared at least 24 hours in advance.

5. Safety & Conduct

  • Participants must follow guide instructions at all times.
  • We reserve the right to remove disruptive or unsafe guests.
  • Drug use and excessive alcohol consumption are not allowed during tours.

6. Liability

  • Participation is at your own risk.
  • We are not liable for injuries or losses unless caused by our negligence.
  • We are not responsible for third-party providers such as restaurants or venues.

7. Use of Photos & Video

  • We may capture images/video during tours for promotional use.
  • If you prefer not to appear, please notify us in advance.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is only used to process bookings and improve our services. We do not share your information without consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be handled in the court of Amsterdam.
